Advantages Quality product that brings LP's back to life!
Disadvantages platter issues?(on mine at least)

Had my Rega RP1 for a few months now....as usual sound quality and build are good from Rega,but my only issue is that the platter on my Rega does not run true...the platter wobbles quite a bit when playing 45''s or 33''s...the deck itself is lovely..the supplied cartridge is excellent..the arm is super...the deck great..just the platter seems to lack the quality build of the rest of the turntable....sound quality is detailed,vibrant and punchy..and puts similar priced CD players to shame...three of my mates have this Rega model...all the platters on theirs are not perfect,but not one of them ... more
