When you buy the auto reel you also receive 20m of top quality hose and all fittings, including wall-mounting bracket and fixings. It is very reliable and I have not encountered any problems with this although you might want to use better fixings than what it is supplied with as they are not very strong. Don't get me wrong it is good that you also receive the fixings it is just that there are much better ones on the market. A trip to somewhere like B&Q will give you the fixings that you need.
It is an extremely convenient product that allows you to rewind the hose by walking back to the drum. There is no hassle that you would normally have of rewinding the hose yourself.

It is the perfect blend of automatic hose coiling and spring-tensioned hose. This means that when it rewinds it will also layer the hose for you. It works really well and I especially love the self rewind system. Rather than tripping over your hose which I've done on numerous occasions it solves that problem completely. The best thing that I love is that it only takes seconds to get it back into the box. Whereas with a manual one it can take ages and be really annoying trying to get it right.
