Remington CIS 25 Damage Defence

Advantages: GHD quality for half the price
Disadvantages: I keep pressing the "OFF" button by mistake!

...So, like every other woman/girl I love GHD's-I used a friend's once and was hooked-hers were a gift, but they cost from £95 from selected hair salons. Kept umming and ahhing whether to fork out for some, in the meantime used other people's! When I was getting ready to go out one night, a friend had brought Remington 2x ceramic straightners round-I used these and could not tell the difference between GHD'S. Ok, these cost around £49.99 and you can get them from anywhere-Argos, Index etc. They heat up in around 10 seconds-it's only a few seconds more than GHD's anyway! They have ceramic plated irons, and are fairly slim, they have an on/off sliding button, and a red light appears when they are switched on-the only downfal about these straighteners is that when you are using them, your thumb may turn them off again... Advantages: WET TO DRY
Disadvantages: not so goog on dried hair

.... TIPS Dont be sceared when you are straigtening your hair with remington when its wet, it makes a noise, same as a iron giving out fume. Dont get put off by it this is just to release the water from your hair by vaporising it, and the fume comes out of this 8 holes on top of the straigtener, never place your had on the holes while straigtening becasue its pain full. always keept inside the case , so the plates dont get damaged. It has a quality plates and they are very strong. They are now much cheaper.... Read review

...Remington cs3000 ceramic hair straighteners - I hereby salute you and put you on a pedestal Having been blessed with slightly wavy hair- if I don't use straighteners my hair is more bush baby than sleek goddess- I have used other hair straighteners before but none have been able to rival Remington's ceramic ones I owe many good hair days to Remington, having to use them every other day they make it easy for me to straighten my hair quickly and efficiently However there is a flaw with them- I have bought two consecutive pairs of these straighteners, the first pair lasted for a year but the second pair which I only purchased in July just gone have only lasted for 5 months The general problem that I have found with both of the pairs that I have bought is that, whilst they do everything they say on the box and are a fab pair...
