I got these straighteners with some christmas money at Boots and they are in excellent condition. They came with a 2 year guarantee, so I definatley know they are made to last. They leave my hair feeling silky smooth and straight without kinks, and I don't know what I'd do without them!
They heat up to 200 degrees in 60 seconds, which is great. It even comes with a heatproof mat which allows me to put them wherever I like, and it can even double up as a case when travelling about. They only take about 5 mins to cool down aswell which is fab if you're in a rush.
The ceramic plates are long which means that you can straighten even more hair at one time. Extra features include a 3m salon length swivel cable which is good if you want to stand in front of a mirror and the plug is far away. They are very lightweight and easy to hold, and there is an indication light to show when the straighteners are on or off.
You would think that the cheaper the straighteners, the worse the product, but they really surprised me. Forget about paying tons for GHD's, you can buy these for a fraction of the price!!

I had these and I loved them! I had to chuck them though because they got too much hair product crusted on to the plates and it was gross!
I might get another pair, my ones before didn't come with a heatproof mat!
Advantages: Fast heat up. Long cable. Heat proof matt included. Safe and user friendly. Disadvantages: Only one heat setting. No way to tell when 200degrees has been obtained.
