Advantages: Fast drying, shine and volume Disadvantages: No 'bits and pieces' just the dryer
brings a healthy shine to my hair that I have never managed before. Often my hair looks limp and in pain, however, using the D4410 even I have managed to bring a look to my hair that I never thought could be achieved outside of the hairdressers.
- The dryer is quick and can be used either to blow dry your hair quickly or to carefully style it. The various heat settings help with the styling side.
- I still haven't worked out what Ionic means, despite looking at a number of websites but I have gathered that it either has something to do with the speed of drying or something to do with shine. Or perhaps both. Either way, I am convinced that it is a good thing for this dryer to have.
- The size of the dryer means that your arms don't ache after 20 minutes of using it. And although it is reasonably heavy for its size, its ...
I got this on special offer from Boots for about £16 and it has a lot of features. The handle has 3 switches, one has 3 heat settings and one has 3 power settings, the last is a cool shot button. the highest power setting is quite strong and dries hair fast. the ionic feature is supposed to stop hair drying out too much. I'm not sure if it does but my hair (shoulder length) doesn't seem to get too dry even on the highest settings. the cool button is useful but tends to blow the hair too much even on low settings.
It is quite heavy and long and I kept hitting my head iwth it to start with (!) but it seems solid. The only thing I dislike is its too easy to knock the switches when in use.
overall I am pleased, it dries my hair quickly and looks like it will last OK as long as the switches don't give out. Some people might find it too ...
Advantages: Light-weight, fantstic results, reasonable price Disadvantages: Not much quieter than a normal standard hair-dryer
I wash my hair every 2 days and I'm always blow drying it, so I wanted a good hair-dryer. My most recent one was really heavy and made my arm ache a short while after blow drying my hair, so I wanted something light weight and of good quality.

The hair-dryer, was not only a reasonable price, but also quite small and lightweight. It was also known as an Ionic dryer, which I know gives better results when blow-drying. It also has a cool shot, which I find is important to set your hair-style. It also mentioned that it was faster at drying which is a bonus as it means less time on drying my hair ...
