I wash my hair every 2 days and I'm always blow drying it, so I wanted a good hair-dryer. My most recent one was really heavy and made my arm ache a short while after blow drying my hair, so I wanted something light weight and of good quality.

The hair-dryer, was not only a reasonable price, but also quite small and lightweight. It was also known as an Ionic dryer, which I know gives better results when blow-drying. It also has a cool shot, which I find is important to set your hair-style. It also mentioned that it was faster at drying which is a bonus as it means less time on drying my hair when I'm getting ready to go out! If you are like me and always take ages to get ready on a night out, you will envy this product!

These hair-dryers have long term durability and consistent performance. These devices are designed to withstand the almost constant needs of a busy professional hair-stylist, who can not afford to have poor performance or a product that breaks easily and needs to be replaced often.

***PUTTING IT TO THE TEST***
When I first used this hair-dryer, the first thing I noticed was how light it was compared to my old Babyliss hair-dryer. The noise wasn't as loud as my last hair-dryer either.

The dryer was very straight forward to use. It was easy to control and easy to hold even after long periods of about 10-15mins! I use the cool shot for about 3 minutes all over my hair to set the style. After drying my hair, I immediately noticed how much healthier my hair looked and how much shinier and frizz free it looked. Normally I have quite a few wispy strands at the top of my head but with this dryer, they were significantly reduced. My hair felt softer and felt much healthier. It didn't feel dry or brittle.

The concentrator bit to focus on drying a particular part of the hair at once is easy to push onto the end of the dryer and easy to remove. Its also really easy to use the concentrator, and the hair-dryer, whilst using a round brush for an even smoother, sleeker finish.

OLD HAIR DRYER
- Was heavy and made my arm ache

- Left my hair feeling dry and brittle
- Left my hair with wispy/dry frizzy bits
- Temperature got too hot
- Took quite a while to dry my hair (much longer than the Remington!)

***OVERALL OPINION***
If you don't for this particular hair-dryer, which is extremely good and reliable, definitely go for an Ionic dryer, as they do perform up to their standards and are better for your hair. You will notice the difference in your hair first time you use this dryer and you'll wish you had bought one way before you did!
