General info
I brought mine on special offer from Argos at the bargain price of Ģ19.99 which is brilliant when you consider the cost of razor blades and home waxing kits. It normally retails at Ģ34.99 there and Ģ39.99 at Boots.
It has 2 speeds, one slow speed for more sensitive areas and one faster speed for less sensitive areas like the legs. It can be used corded or cordless and will last an hour with a 16 hour charge. As it is impossible to over-charge its quite safe to leave it pugged in all the time so its always ready when you need it, although they do suggest unplugging it if you're not going to use it for an extended period (2-3 months)It features

What its like to useAs I had never eplilated before I was very apprehensive about the pain. I put it on its slowest speed and was amazed that I barely felt anything, only the tiniest pin pricking sensation. So I turned it up and it still didn't hurt at all so I did my whole legs. It took me about 40 minutes to do both but bare in mind it was my first time so it took me a while to get the hang of it. I think it will be a lot quicker the next time I do it.
I also braved my bikini line on the slowest speed and of course, this was more uncomfortable than my legs but it was nowhere near as painful as a bikini wax. I did not try my arm pits as the skins quite loose there and I was scared it would get stuck in the revolving head. Yuk! Bear in mind that I have been waxing for a few months so my hair was finer. It might be a bit more painful if you have always shaved.
The only downside side is how noisy it is. I couldn't believe that so much noise could come out of such a small thing.
The results
The results were fantastic! They got every little hair (unlike waxing) and my legs were only a little red afterwards. However I am not prone to blotchy legs so if you are and have pale skin you will probably go a lot redder. Tips
As with all hair removal treatments that pull hair from the root, epilators can cause in growing hairs so make sure you exfoiliate regularly to help prevent them
It leaves your legs a little bit red so its probably best to do it the day before a big night out if you have pale skin.
Use in a circular motion as this gets the hairs out more effectively.
Sooth your skin with moisturiser afterwards.
Conclusions
After trying waxing and shaving eplilation is definitely the best method of hair removal for me. I would recommend this product wholeheartedly as its great value for money, even at its normal retail price.

bought this out of frustration with shaving and waxing and all the equipment there-in. i have had this epilator for over a year and couldnt go back to waxing. it has held its charge briliantly, and following the manual and working in circular motions it is extremely effective.

Having seen a few adverts on the tv I decided to invest in an epilator To save time shaving. This particular epilator caught my eye as it came with a beauty bag, exofoilating mitt and claimed to be a pain free hair removal remedy!
Unfortunatlely for me, this wasn't the case, although the instructions were easy enough to understand and i followed them carefully, I found that the tweezers were very rough and unforgiving. The mitt didn't seem to do ... ...hairs that had been painfully ripped from my legs. I also found that after 20 minutes of excruitiating plucking my legs were still not as hairless and smooth as i had expected. Thinking I had been doing it wrong I consultad the instructions once more but couldn't find anything amiss from what I had been doing.

I previously had a braun epilator but found it hard to use on armpits as it was corded (not easy to use). This one is smaller and it is great that is bodycurved this makes it get a lot of hairs in one go and work really quickly. On a full charge of 16 hours you get 60 minutes of usage time plenty for both legs. It is allso easy to hold and move because of ths shape, very well designed with a women in mind. You can allso get a corded one, which is ... ...like having it cordless. I found it worked better using in a circular motion and to exfoliate after. I would highly recommend this epilator.
