Advantages: Case, fantastic soft curls, do not damage hair Disadvantages: Wire become too bent to be of use, heavy, not for short hair
...Bought these just after Christmas after having perm that didn't work and needed something to create some curls in the mess that was my shoulder length hair. I had never used heated rollers before so was not at all sure how to use them or if they would work.
Was very pleasantly surprised at the results. They take 30 mins to heat up and are fairly easy to put in. Your hair really needs to be 5-6" long or they will not stay in as the ends do not have enough purchase to grip the hair, probably because they are fairly heavy. I found keeping them in for the 30 mins or so needed for the curls to take required the use of a shower cap to take the weight off the rollers as they fell out every time I took a step.
Another thing to be aware of is that with continued use (3-4 times/week) I found that unless you unbend then VERY carefully...

Advantages: Drys quickley, full bodied hair, healthy shine, multi settings, reasonably priced. Disadvantages: None
.... hairdryers I've used it is not very heavy and so I don't see that this would be a problem to anyone.
This hairdryer is available as part of the RemingtonEnvy pack containing hair products, or by itself from approximately £15 which is no more than you would pay for an ordinary hairdryer. I paid a little over £15 for it and felt this to be a reasonable price....

Advantages: Lightweight, good value, good accessories, nice looking dryer Disadvantages: Price for some people
...it is nice and easy to access and store the bits and bobs inside. It has "RemingtonHairEnvy" on the front, and looks lovely sitting in my bedroom. It is a really attractive box and great for people who don't have much space to store a hairdryer, the box wouldn't out of place in any room!
Ok, the hairdryer itself. It is actually a 2000 Watt hairdryer, which is one of the higher wattage hairdryers you can buy. I find this is plenty strong enough to dry my hair, and I wouldn't buy any less than a 2000W one now. The hairdryer main body is silver, with a shiny funnel where the air comes out. There are 2 switches located on the inside of the handle, one for the temperature of the air and one for the power. There are 2 options for the power; full power, and medium power (as well as off), and there are 3 heat settings; Very hot, hot and cool...
