Advantages: Plent features, good price Disadvantages: Shave nor close enough, noisy
I purchased the RemingtonMS5800 shaver on the basis that it seemed to be laden with features, offering a close shave (closer than Philips multi head), power remaining indicator, quick charge, rechargeable and all at a good price.
It is quite a chunky shaver and unfortunately it doesnt give me an all over close shave. The shaver struggles in the harder to get at areas of the face, it is extremely noisy and most of the shaved hair falls to the floor rather than being captured in the shaver. In my opinion, the Philips multi head shavers provide a much better, even shave, albeit not as close as foil shavers in the easy to get at areas. On balance multi head is best for me. I therefore would not recommended this Remington ...
Advantages: It looks great and it feels great Disadvantages: Sometimes misses hairs
Having looked around, checking out prices as well as other reviews on electric shavers i decided to go for the RemingtonMS 5700. When you first get the MS 5700 out of the box it looks like a pretty impressive shaver, it feels very nice to hold and you can see there has been a lot of time spent in the shape and design of the shaver making it easier to use.
I have always gone with Phillips in the past for shavers as i have believed they give the closest cuts, so going to new style of shaver was leap of faith if you will. The "unique 2 position pop-up foil for precision shaving and styling" as quoted from there website is a good design, it feels great on the skin and up to now i haven't had any shaving rashes as i had been getting with my Phillips. Though this doesn't mean you won't get a shaving rash for the first few times you use it ...
Advantages: cheap price tag, lots of exclusive games, small console, great online Disadvantages: loud, no HDMi cable, pay for online memberships
I always preferred the Xbox over the PS3 for many reasons. For example, the Xbox has all the exclusive games and content to the power and the links that Microsoft have. Also the main reason being that it is much cheaper than a PS3.
The 60GB Premium model comes with an online headset along with a 1 month free membership for Xbox LIVE for customers to have a taster of what it is like, and how much more enjoyable it is with LIVE.
Though, the 60GB hard drive isn't really enough memory for those who download demos and movies over LIVE etc. So if you are willing to put in the extra cash for an Elite, I would go for it. Plus, the Elite prices have dropped by Ģ30, to a Ģ199.99 price tag, only Ģ30 more than a Premium console. However, the HDMi Cable has been scrapped from the Elite bundle.
Another thing that I love about the Xbox, is that it ...
