I bought these Remington straightners from Argos about 6 months ago. The price of these then was £49.99 and I didn’t know that apparently you cab find these straightners going cheaper. During my experience of these straightners, I have found many advantages and many disadvantages.
Some of the advantages of the product were: Included with the product was a heat protection bag, this was completely useful when using heated appliances.
The 3 m swivel cable was also another advantage as you can’t actually move when using these straightners, like May I have bought in the past; the cable always seems to be just a little bit smaller then needed. This is one of the reasons I chose these straightners. The price of the straightners was also very reasonable, as they are a good value for money, through bought for £49.99 after searching the internet I also have found that you can purchase the straightners for even less.
The ease of use of the straightners is very simple, the straightners are similar designs to others, which makes them quite easy to adapt to.
However there are some disadvantages to the straightners, even through they are advertised to have new heat protection technology to leave your hair none frizzy, it LIES! The straightners do leave your hair frizzy, but after apply some frizz ees or dry ends serum to your hair afterwards your hair look as if it had a salon take care of it. I would also recommend if you don’t already, buy heat protector spray with these straightners, the straightners are very good at gaining heat fast and can maintain heat easily.
Altogether I would rate the product 9/10, the straightners would be completely perfect if it wasn’t a lot of after care needed to stop frizzing.
