I thought the product was very efficent and done a fantastic job, but found sometimes when i used it, it pulled on my hair, this was because it tangled in the inner corners of the straighting iron which could sometimes be abit painful. The cable is very, very, very long so you can move about with it, which comes in very handy when getting ready and need to multi-task! The heat is perfect and its hassel free with no adjustments! I found this product very straight forward to use a would recommend it to everyone! Remington is a fantastic make and has never let me down once. The price is equally fantastic, it's a steal at under £60. Absolute star buy from Remington a must have!
