I wouldn't recommend actually using them on wet hair. They don't work on wet hair. They make wet hair frizzy and straw-like (in my experience anyway)... But they are wonderful on dry hair. Probably not as good as GHDs, but very useable ... ...on the highest temperature setting, but I can't use them more than once a week without my hair feeling horrible.. Sometimes even once a week is pushing it. I don't really tend to use them that much anyway.
I've had them for about two years now, and they still work perfectly.
The only thing I would point out is... if you're putting them down on a surface, make sure the holes are facing upwards, like in the picture. You ... more

Also, I recently figured out how to curl my hair with them... You can do this with pretty much any straighteners. You just roll the straightener up once as if it was a roller... And pull downwards. But it's not enough just bending it upwards, you do have to "roll" it up.

These straightners are a total life saver. I have really frizzy hair and absolutly hated it. Ive always wanted straight hair and tried so many straightners over the years, but all of them require use on dried hair only so you can imagine the state of my hair after blow drying first (which took ages) then having to straigten it..took me ages and even then my hair wasnt straight, But then I bought these and it was like a miracle! No more blow-drying ... ...straighten all at the same time. And, even better, it doesnt damage my hair. Theyre so easy to use, with different heat settings and you can use them on dry hair too. So now instead of taking me hours to do it, it only takes max of half an hour (But thats coz im not very good at it). Theyre well worth the money.
The only disadvantage is the steam, because obviously when used on wet hair the water has to go somewhere..and thats on the top of the ...

I bought these straightners specifically to take on holiday as the other pair of straightners I had at home I clubbed in with family members to buy, therefore I could not take them away with me on holiday. However instead of using them just whilst I was on holiday I now use these straightners daily. I like the fact that you can use them on wet hair but I LOVE the fact that they are wide plates which makes straighening my hair which is long and thick ... ...straight which is fab.
You can adjust the temperature which I often do when straightening friends hair which is not as long and thick as mine. It also comes with a heat resistant bag, so as soon as you have finished using them you can put them straight into the bag rather than leaving them on the bed or wherever.
I would defo recomend buying these straightners especially the wide straightners if you have long / thick hair.

I got given these straighteners for my birthday after exhausting my old pair. Every day, I struggle to get ready, and out the door for work on time. Straightening my hair is part of my morning routine, and these straighteners have cut ten mins off the time it used to take me to do my hair.
I love the wide-plates as I have very long hair. The wide plates mean i can simply straighten each section of hair once, instead of two or three times, as the ... ...able to cut out hair drying if I am short of time is a huge bonus. I typically blow-dry my hair before straightening, but these straighteners allow you to straighten wet hair without damaging it like old straighteners would.
My hair always feels soft and appears shiny after straightening with these, which is a huge bonus. I also don't have to worry about any kinks at the back due to the wide-pads. ...

i bought wet 2 straight straightner probably 3 years ago ive had it since it recently just broke and honestly im suprised it didnt a long time ago i used it so much! i loved the fact it gets sooo hot you dont have to keep going over your hair for it to lay perfectly straight. i loved it its the best product ive ever bought for my hair which is very thick and long and is curlier underneath but wavy on the top. i have layers so i pull my first 2 layers ... ...down each layer of hair which is faster if you do it like that but since it heats up so well and so fast it makes it even easier to get out of the house. also the fact it can compact itself with just a button and i travel alot so its nice! i have sooo many friends now that use this straightner we dont know who's is who's when were together getting ready to go out haha! ladies best product you will EVER use definetly!! ...
