Wow, wow wow and wow. Take a quick peek the before and after pictures and then you will be able to see what I am raving on about! (I know before and after, what a cliche!) I bought these straightners in June 2005 from Boots.com for £37 with a one off discount voucher, they were £80 at the time on the website. I was delighted with these hair straighteners when I first got them. They do exactly what they promise. My hair was transformed from a frizzy mess to beautifully sleek and silky smooth in a few minutes. They really do dry and straighten at the same time. They heat up in less than a minute. What is more - my hair stayed beautiful and silky and straight ALL DAY! However, after using them everytime I washed my hair for a month or so my hair began to split and break - nothing drastic - just around the frount - so I had to stop using them. These straighteners are fantastic. I have very thick frizzy hair, which is an absolute nightmare to blow dry and then straighten. I used to leave it to dry into a frizzy mess most of the time as it took so long, and would only straighten it for special occasions, but with the Remington Wet to Straight straighteners I have time to straighten my hair every time I wash it. These straightners are excellent! They were bought for me as a birthday preasent and i love them. The straightners have wide plates which are great for long, thick hair like mine! You can also use them when your hair is still wet and it dries your hair as it straightens, this is great because it helps lock in more moisture which stops it frizzin! unllike most straightners it doesnt dry your hair out in few uses, although like any intense heat applied to your hair frequently it does dry it our eventually, but regular visits to your local salon can cut out any dry, bitty ends.
