When I first saw hair straighteners I always thought they were designed for women to straighten their long hair and I never considered using them. Most of the designs (particularly GHD) are designed with the female consumer in mind, what with their feminine colours and packaging. This is understandable as demand for such a product is greater from women that it is for men, or so I can imagine anyway. i purchased these straighteners from an Argos shop for thirty pounds because mine had broken. expecting them to be absolutely horrific, i reluctantly opened the cardboard box they came in. my pair that had broken were 235 degrees, heated in fifteen seconds, had an amazingly fun design and cost 150 pounds so i had high standards. the remington straighteners are just bog standard black slim straighteners with ceramic plating. they have a clasp to keep them shut together, a power button and up and down buttons for the temperature.these straighteners can be used at 180 degrees to 230 going up in ... more
