Verbatim are no longer word-perfect

Advantages: Great reputatioon, large storage capacity
Disadvantages: Half of them didn't work

I have been buying this brand for ages, and was always a big fan. They are more expensive than some other brands, like memorex, but I thought they were worth the extra. They were reliable, burned well (no coasters as people say) and you could always tell by looking at them that they were good. One you could see when I took it out of the box it was all bubbled on the surface, so I didn't even try to burn that one. ...to say about this pack. Verbatim always had good CDs and DVDs. But the last 3 dvds just didn't did their jobs... Maybe it's just my computer that burns really bad dvds or just my program for burning them.... It's also posible that I have DVD player that isn't so good. Possibly one of the best on earth

Advantages: For high quality and professional use
Disadvantages: Price might not be for everyone

Verbatim is possibly one of the top Recordable and Portable media suppliers that i've ever come accross. Although some products mas seem a little pricey I can pretty much tell you that it's probably worth it, of course that will depend on what you are using the dvd for. Advantages: Twice as much space
Disadvantages: Five times as expensive (doesn't add up) and reaaaallly slow
