I've had a hippo bag collected and felt that it warrants a good review. I bought my bag from Wickes and filled it with wood scraps and broken furniture. It has been collected this morning and I never even heard the lorry take it away. I booked my collection online on Thursday of last week and have to say that even the booking system is simple to use. I chose Pickfords because of their size and their apparent reputation for taking care of their clients goods. However, this move by far was the worst move ever. They didn't cover the carpets as agreed as part of their standard service. They didn't do what they said they were going to do with regard to packing and unpacking each day for 4 days. The teamleader didn't even turn up with his tool box. We were only moving 5 minutes away from our last home ...

Lastly, the son of the t/l left his mob # on our aupair's bed for her to call him after she turned down his first request to get together.
