Rest Assured Eros Pocket Classic Divan Bed

We bought this bed in January 2008 and it has lasted 2 years before the mattress has become too uncomfortable to sleep on. It is lumpy and you can feel the springs. The 5 year warranty proved to be no good as after 2 years you have to contribute 40% (£140)to the replacement cost of a new mattress. We are not prepared to waste more money on a brand that we thought we could rely on, so we will be looking at alternative brands. Our advice is not to buy Rest Assured as they did not want to know when there was a problem. When we checked with Breasley, an alternative mattress manufacturer, they confirmed that their warranty gave a full replacement within the 5 years, without contribution. Buyers beware of Rest Assured.
