The ins and outs of mystery shopping are already covered on this site, so I'll just keep to the basics of my experience with Retail Eyes.
I was wary at first but after checking out reviews and using them, it is safe to say that they are genuine. An offshoot from its American big brother, it offers perhaps the best and most user friendly online interface. The software seems ideally written for the purpose of managing Mystery Shoppers and Retail Eyes' Clients.
Compared to other mystery shopper enlisters, Retail Eyes has the easiest website to use, from the point of view of reviewing assignments available, choosing dates, reporting back, to view how much you've earned and most importantly, when you're going to get paid.
Seems to have been edited somewhat and not nearly as informative as it was

Some good points here. I do lots of stuff for them and I agree that it's a pain when they query your comments but you can't see them to refer to. A few times they have contacted me to "clarify" certain points in my report and they don't get that sometimes your experience doesn't fit in with the options given for answering the questions they ask. I've even asked them to explain the question and they can't. Once they emailed me three times to ask if a staff member at an outside concession was wearing a uniform when I'd clearly stated that I didn;t know because the person was wearing an anorak over their clothes.
