VERY poor service! I ordered a dvd which was stated as having a 3 to 5 day delivery. No order confirmation whatsoever was sent to me and I had to keep checking back on their web site daily for two weeks whilst the order was "processing". The final straw was tonight - my order has mysteriously disappeared from their system with no explanation, no email and no apology. I truly wish I'd ordered elsewhere and saved my time and wasted effort. In future I'll stick to Amazon who thankfully give decent service unlike this crowd of idiots. Avoid them - they dont deserve your business! ...

Waitied three weeks, sent three e-mails (all unanswered) - phoned and spoke to lad, not much help but gave estimated time frame at least. I pre-ordered the Oasis Ltd Edition Stop the Clocks CD on 6/11/06, so well before the release date of 20th November. It's now 27th November and no sign of the CD - I emailed them a couple days after release when it didn't arrive and they didn't bother to email to say there had been a problem and got a very curt email back which basically said hard luck, our suppliers didn't send enough copies and we'll send you one eventually but we can't say when. ...
...or very limited at all. The service is poor, you cannot respond to their emails and they do not update you by email to even tell you there has been a delay or what is happening ! I have just telephoned them and after waiting about 15 minutes because the lines were supposedly busy, I spoke to an android customer service person who wasn't really that interested . . . I cancelled the order and will now buy it in the shops - it's just not worth the hassle ...

101cd.com is quite honestly the worst online retailer I have encountered. Four months ago I ordered a "Futurama" DVD boxset advertised as "Dispatched within 3-5 Working days". After eventually waiting for three weeks my order arrived damaged, after complaining to their customer service team (which involved seven emails and two phone calls) they eventually sent a replacement and refunded my postage costs. Thinking along the lines of 'everyone deserves ...

This websit is brillant for getting hold of old albums as i found out recently,,, The website itself is very hard to understand so be patient it will be there.Its sells loads of cds from pop to rock and rap to indie so whatever you are looking for it will be there........Plus it also sells dvds and videos both new and old. The payment is easy either paypal or visa etc. It also keeps track ov your purchases and tells you when they will be in stock,,, ...

I have shopped at 101cd on a few occaisons. The first time, i ordered two items, waited for weeks and nothing happened. Then, one of the items i orderd the price went up from £2.99 to £8.99. I emailed the company and got no response, so after at least a month, I cancelled my order. On my next visit, I placed an order for two cds, their status stayed on 'processing' for about a week, then one of them changed to 'shipped'..i got the Cd two weeks later, ...

I think that 101cd could also use more pictures, for exmaple on some of the clothing it only has a title, not a detailed description or even a picture, so you do not know what you are buying. So, my orders at 101Cd have been unsuccessful, and when I have recieved an item its was a week late. And when emailing them, i never got a response. ...in my collection next time. 101CD have the widest range of material I have seen yet, and I have tried a lot of others, their search facility almost always comes up with the goods, I just wish my CD collection was as vast as theirs. Perhaps one day. I live in a remote part of Scotland and delivery here can be problematic with some companies, not with 101CD though, I order on Sunday or Monday and the goods arrive in plenty of time for the next weekend ...
...favourite movies the number one choice of retailers has to be 101 CD, they tell you all about the content of the DVD, including whether or not it has subtitles. In my experience not many other stores offer this information so readily, so top marks to 101CD again. Highly Recommended ...

I first visited 101CD.com and found that i could search for various titles and artistes from all decades and found the search engine to be really good. From Order to arrival it takes a bout a week at the most and they keep you in touch with the progress - I found I could search for stuff where other sites didn't have any links at all - Also they are good value - I bought some Madness Stranglers and Deep Purple CDs 5 for £2-99 each and all original ...
...stuff noone has heard of! If you want that old record in CD format try looking at this site you will soon build up a collection of all your old records! EXTRA 01/04/04 They accept Credit cards and it is very secure I've used them for 2 yrs no probs. They are prompt as well never waited longer than a week..
