    I love doing these Top Tens. It's a great opportunity to let you dear readers get to know a bit more about the Bigcat likes and dislikes. Plus of course, it's like writing ten mini reviews in one with no need for superfluous padding (superfluous, wow, first time I've used that in word in an op) to stretch out your review to the desired length.     Alright – some of them may have been good looking In their time but they certainly aren’t any more .......     These are probably not my top ten actor's full stop but they are ten that make you take notice and can act enough to make you rent a movie with them in it. The Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt type of pretty boy just doesn't do it for me and I like actors that really get into the part and not worried about how they look line on screen or if the other guy or girl has better lines. They just take over the movie and suck you in. Rebellion and charisma is the name of the game.     Ah, top tens. I love reading them and I love writing them, as you will be able to tell if you cast your eye down the list of my reviews. Why? I suppose because there’s nothing nicer than broadcasting to the world why you think X, Y and Z are great – it’s the same kind of thing as blasting your favourite music with the doors wide open in the hope of converting the neighbours, or I guess writing a glowing review for Ciao about the latest fantastic film you saw and urging everyone to go and see it!     Talent. :o) You can’t enjoy films without having at least one favourite actor or actress, and if you are a film buff…your lists of Most and Least favourite can get quite lengthy! Of course, one person’s garbage can be another person’s treasure, but I also believe our differences are what make people so fascinating. I’m sure, no matter who I put on this list of favourites, someone is sure to disagree with me at some point, but I’m used to that. :o) I found it much more difficult to decide How to choose my favourite actors from a immeasurable list of stars throughout film history.     It’s not very often that I do any of the “ten” lists in Ciao café they are fairly time-consuming if you attempt to give them any more than a brief few lines. So I take the easy way turning some into poetry and others only on topics that I can write quickly and easily. So what inspired me to write about my ten favourite actors? Well I’m not getting any younger and I don’t get out that often to the cinema and I think it won’t be long before videos are hard to come by.     My first top ten review! Here goes... When i thought to myself, what ARE my 10 favourite actors i found myself in a whirlpool of thought. When your in double maths with a supply teacher, you usually have a lot of time to think as your not doing much else. I asked myself, what makes a good actor? My conclusions: - Have talent to act and take on a role. - Have a great unique style (isn't normal, is something different) - Good looking (not a nessity but does hugely help!) - Have a good image towards the media etc So after thinking about this review all through Maths (how sad!) i decided to do a ... more

    This list is in no particular order and it is my own opinion on who I think deserves to be there.     I've been meaning to write this Op for a while and so I finally decided I would get on and do it. I think a few of these choices might not make it into a lot of other people's lists but hey that sums up my taste in films I suppose. No. 10 Bruce Willis ******************* So No.10 in my list is good old Bruce Willis. He will always be remembered for his role as John McLean in Die-Hard 1, 2 & 3.
