"As with a fridge (see my 24-7electricals review) we also needed a washin machine - quick. It's not possible to search for items by delivery times on shopping engines or even suppliers' sites! How strange, surely I can't be the only person who wants things as soon as possible and for whom this is more important than the exact brand, colour or shape of the door handle? "...exactly the same hood on 365electrical.com for a whole £80 cheaper....£190 as opposed to £270....I was hooked.... "Left ordering the white goods for my kitchen to the last moment and wasn't able to wait for the lead time of 14 working days that other internet companies were stipulating. "DONT GO THERE! Bought a Beko washing machine from this company, they delivered it Thursday afternoon. Plumbed it in Thursday evening, but it just kept filling with water, obviously faulty. "Last year we were flooded out, two households that lost everything. 365electrical was where we bought our fridges, freezers, cookers, washers and dishwashers. We chose them because they were reasionably priced, had all we wanted, delivery would be when we needed and to top it off they gave us extra discount for buying a number of items at once. "Have just bought an A E G fridge Freezer from this company. Yes they were a little slow on the delivery, 15 days instead of 10, but otherwise no problems. They asked me to get a code No for them to authorize my card and were a little slow in ringing back, but we still had a working fridge, so had no urgency for the delivery. The savings on the price paid, more than made up for any minor faults this company has. Not too sure if I would buy if I needed the item quickly, would probably pay extra and go elswhere, but if you do not mind waiting a few extra days and saving money as well, then I would recommend them . The delivery men were very helpful and courteous

"Appalling customer service! I ordered a single oven, as the price was competitive, it was in stock and they offered next day delivery. No next day delivery for me, though and no delivery confirmation text or e-mail as promised, but thankfully someone was home in the morning it was delivered (had requested an afternoon delivery). "My Rangemaster Hob was the cheapest online at 365electricalWhen I placed my order I was told the Item was not in stock ,but would be available in about 6-10 working days.Although it took the full 10 days to arrive at the warehouse I was notified and asked if it was o.k to deliver on the wednesday (deliveries to are area are Wednesdays and Fridays).The evening before the Item was due to be delivered I recieved a text and email,giving me my 3hour time slot (9-12).On the day of the delivery at approx 10.45 the phone rang,it was one of the delivery people ,they informed me they would be the in about 30 mins.THEY WERE ,Item perfect,GREAT SERVICE .

"Bad experience with them. Faulty appliance and did not deal with my compliant at all well. As I had plugged the appliance in, on advice of the delivery person, I was in breach of my tems and conditions and they won't now give me an exchange, refund or any money off. The damage is cosmetic and the appliance works but I paid full price for something that is faulty. Customer service staff were rude and abrupt. When I wanted to speak to the manager, he was agressive and rude as well. Their staff need some training desperately. Don't use them
