    As with a fridge (see my 24-7electricals review) we also needed a washin machine - quick. It's not possible to search for items by delivery times on shopping engines or even suppliers' sites! How strange, surely I can't be the only person who wants things as soon as possible and for whom this is more important than the exact brand, colour or shape of the door handle? I used PriceRunner shopping engine to find the best value supplier of the washing machine I chose. I also needed one willing to deliver to an address different from the billing address.     Being in the process of having my kitchen re-fitted, I decided to source my own cooker and hood, rather than stick to one of the limited options offered by Kitchens Direct. After looking around the usual suspects on the high street, for a design/model of cooker that caught my eye, I turned to the internet to look for cheaper options.     Advantages Advantages They have a wide assortment of goods in stock. Friendly and helpful customer service. Answers the phone quickly.

    Left ordering the white goods for my kitchen to the last moment and wasn't able to wait for the lead time of 14 working days that other internet companies were stipulating. Rang 365 and told the lady who answered, Kelly, my dilemma. 'I wanted the white goods NOW'!. I had done a lot of price comparision some weeks previously and I knew 365 were amongst the most competitive but would have preferred to buy more locally (ie London and environs).     When I noticed that things didn’t seem to be coming out of our fridge as cold as they used to -despite it being turned up full - I invested in a fridge thermometer. I quickly discovered that our fridge was way off temperature. Being pretty old anyway, we decided rather than having it repaired, we would splash out on a new one.     We ordered a chest freezer from 365 Electrical in October 2005. This was delivered on the due day but we were not forewarned by a telephone call, as promised. The sole deliveryman could not gain access through our side door so took the package (on a trolley) to the back of the house, where he delivered it via French windows. The following morning we noticed that our side door doorstep was damaged. Some of the slabs had been split and the supporting pieces had broken under impact.     I was a little concerned when I ordered my new Bosche Washing machine from 365electrical, as their price was considerably lower than any other online retailer. I went ahead even though I would have to wait a couple of weeks for delivery. I was advised the day before delivery of the two hour time slot I had been allocated and the machine was delivered as promised. I plumbed it in and followed the instructions, I even managed to do three loads of washing before it broke down.     DONT GO THERE! Bought a Beko washing machine from this company, they delivered it Thursday afternoon. Plumbed it in Thursday evening, but it just kept filling with water, obviously faulty. Rang 365 electrical Friday to report the faulty machine,was told some one would ring me back. Waited and waited but no phone call, rang them again only to be told they were still dealing with it, they would call me, didn't receive a phone call.     This was the worst company ive ever dealt with i dont even think they should be allowed to make any transactions on the internet or even as a store, ive been waiting over 4 weeks for my fridge delivery which was meant to take up to 3-5 working days and has turned into 3-31 working days and still i have no fridge, everytime i ring them they keep saying ' were chasing it for you ' and thats it. when i ask to speak to the manager there is never a manager present and when i want to cancel my order because of the companies stupid attitude there phone lines is soo busy i was on the phone for 3 and ... more

    Last year we were flooded out, two households that lost everything. 365electrical was where we bought our fridges, freezers, cookers, washers and dishwashers. We chose them because they were reasionably priced, had all we wanted, delivery would be when we needed and to top it off they gave us extra discount for buying a number of items at once. All items arrived in perfect condition, the delivery guys were brilliant and sorted everything for my mum who was waiting in for them They gave a time slot for delivery and stuck to it.     I payed for an AEG diswahser with 365 electrical and recieved several order confirmations, after telephoning them to arrange delivery as one of their confirmation emails instructed me, I confirmed a delivery date, the day befolre the delivery was due I received a delivery confirmation email and reference number, after arranging a day off work, the order never turned up, I made enquiries to 365 electrical as to the delivery time and was informed they had not informed the couriers of my delivery, an additional 6 days delivery was quoted 'not within 24 hours as they advertise', after insisting ... more
