...to be a busy-body, but 365electrical.com (also part of MarksElectrical.co.uk) totally screwed me over - sending me completely the wrong items (wrong brand - cheaper obviously!, and wrong colour), and refused to exchange them unless I paid another £50 per item pickup charge to swap them! The saving I made on this website as opposed to laskeys.com, littlewoodsappliances.com and appliancesonline.com was only £15 to £25 - and now they want to charge ... ...- not interested in keeping a customer base - when i explained the situation and that I wouldnt be recommending them to anyone if they didnt put right their mistake, their response was, and i quote "well it doesnt matter because we've got your money now sir". Ordered a fridge freezer, order process went fine, the price was good, and so was the delivery time. The item arrived and was delivered in such a careless manner that it damaged the item. One person carelessley handled the item off the van and could not wait to dissapear.
Also parts missing, I am having to sort the matter out direct with the manufacturer.

Brilliant service and found them to be very friendly. I found them to be really competative on price and an easy to use ordering system. Extremely frustrating. This is the second time I have used them but stupidly thought I would give them another chance as mistakes do happen. They are very helpful when you place your order but once they have it they are very rude and ignorant. They try put the blame on you and that there mistakes are your fault and make you out and just about call you to be a liar. There customer service is the worst I have ever experienced and they never call back ... ...MD's name, refused to give it then after persuing was told it was Martin Cronk (will be checking this out) but he is unavailable to speak to you as he is a very busy man (arent we all). There drivers do not knock on doors or ring door bells or put a card through to say they have attempted delivery and with all the technology we have avaialbe to us in this day and age they have no means of contacting there drivers. Recieved a broken tumble dryer which i reported straight away. I spoke to 365 customer service, if you can call it that. I said i would like the item replacing as it had arrived broken. I was told it was just one of those things and it may take up to 14 days. I replied, i needed the dryer urgently and that time scale was unnacceptable. He responded with "tough you should have got it from your local retailer".

Bad experience with them. Faulty appliance and did not deal with my compliant at all well. As I had plugged the appliance in, on advice of the delivery person, I was in breach of my tems and conditions and they won't now give me an exchange, refund or any money off. The damage is cosmetic and the appliance works but I paid full price for something that is faulty. Customer service staff were rude and abrupt. When I wanted to speak to the manager, he was agressive and rude as well. Their staff need some training desperately. Don't use them ...

My elderly parents in law ordered a freezer. It was damaged. They refused to accept responsibility and even had the cheek to say they had damaged themselves (they are in their 70's!!!! Last year we were flooded out, two households that lost everything. 365electrical was where we bought our fridges, freezers, cookers, washers and dishwashers. We chose them because they were reasionably priced, had all we wanted, delivery would be when we needed and to top it off they gave us extra discount for buying a number of items at once.
All items arrived in perfect condition, the delivery guys were brilliant and sorted everything for my ... ...a time slot for delivery and stuck to it. We had a slight mix up with the dishwashers, they sent full size ones and we wanted narrow. This was remedied incredibly quickly and all items have been perfect since installation.
We've recommended this company to our neighbours who were in the same position and also to friends who were considering replacing things in their homes. ...

Misled on the phone regarding the specification on of a Freezer (Amy). When I spoke to the customer services manager, Ethan, he wasn't helpful at all and claimed they were protected by their terms and condition which states they are not responsible for incorrect information from the manufacturer. Trading standards have told me this is wrong as my sales contract is with 365electrical. Therefore they are responsible for any misdescription. Avoid 365 electrical. ...

I ordered a washing machine to be delivered last Friday, got a note through the door Friday morning saying they tried to deliver it......??
