    Very rarely can I ever be bothered to sign up to a website and share my experience about a company. In this particular case my experience was bad enough that I felt compelled to do so... partly because I want to put a dent in 9flights well-being, but also to warn others. Today I tried booking flights for two people. When I received confirmation of my payment via e-mail I noticed that both our middle name and last name were joined together, despite clearly putting a space between them.     I had a flight booked with 9flights who then decided to cancel my booking hours before the flight for no appparant reason. This was not communicated to me in any way. When I questioned the customer services manager (after being on the phone for hours during the day when they told me they would phone me back at all occasions) he told me that the airline had cancelled the flight even though I happened to be in the airport where the rest of the flight was checking in.     I tried to book a flight with 9 flights - return London to new york. To begin with, my bank declined the transaction due to it being a large and unusual amount on my account. I called my bank who then authorised the payment and let it go through. I made the payment again and received an email from 9 flights saying that I would get my tickets in 24 hours. The tickets never arrived, so at the weekend, I logged into their website and found that they had cancelled my booking without telling me.     They booked the wrong flights for me in the first place. Instead of being apologetic about it they were REALLY rude to me. Not only that, they denied any responsibility and would just not agree to rebook me into the flight that i had originally booked even though I had payed a lot more money compared too the flights they gave me. I have been talking to them for the past one month but nothing has come off it. They keepp passing my call around the whole call center and I never get any answers.     I'm very impressed and grateful for the services and professional help offered by 9flights. I have booked 4 air tickets on line and I am very impressed by the prompt feedback received and professional conduct of the agent. In addition, I booked the Aeroflot airline in rush wihtout realizing the flight will arrive destination at midnight. I express my concern to one of the agent to see if there is any other option availble.     i booked my ticket to india online and by mistake i entered the wrong month. i was leaving and coming back the next day acc to my ticket when my return was to be the next month.i called up 9 flights first time and i was told that they cant do anything and i need to contact the air india office.i called up air india and they told me that the ticket is non utilised ticket and the agent will have to change the date on my ticket.i once again called up 9flights and they told me that i have to pay the charges which will be approx for the price of two full tickets. neither the supervisor nor the ... more

    Hi all, 9flights are the reliable travel agent. I am writing this with my personal experience. I spent my last vacation in Europe. I traveled to their through these people. i booked my entire holiday package with them in cheap fares.     I started a Ciao account just so I could uncover the truth about this company. The good reviews you see below are written by 9flights themselves (evident also from the closeness in dates of each review... they obviously opened accounts just to write good reviews for themselves!) Although I myself was not a victim, I had to ring the company several times on behalf of my friend since she is in Hong Kong after having to book with another company. They wrote down the wrong name.
