I have had 2 replacement machines and am currently awaitng a third. None worked for more than a few months.The service department said these machines are notoriously unreliable.The new machine I am now awaiting is apparently a new model but is not in stock!
My problem is that it is built in and I have a big gap where the machine should be. I will exchange the machine for a micro-wave if possible. I would not recommend anybody to buy this machine.
It worked only for 4 months before breaking down. AEG service didn't manage to repair it. They didn't manage to get the parts :(. Moreover they don't have more machines of this type in stock so they offered to give the money back.
Problem is: it's built-in equipment. They should replace it. How come they don't have more in stock - several shops offer it online!
So now I have to take it back from my kitchen myself and send it to the shop where I had bought it :((((.
