I am very pleased with the performance of the FM4803- it is blazing fast- boils water approx 12 times faster then a gas hob. Control is somewhat tricky to operate since you cant really use only the point of your fingers- you need to place your whole finger onto the control to make it work. pros: VERY fast and powerfull, can boil fry anything in no time ultra precision power adjustment allows for precise direct cooking of sauces- even Hollander sauce. cons: overheats after too long usuage- shuts down automaticaly can be noisy if using the powerboost function (fan too loud) and the worst ...
