A brilliant processor, can run the latest games with ease. Brilliant value too! I play the likes of crysis and cod4 seamlessly with this processor. They had the market under total control just one year ago, but now they have lost even their loyal customers. all of amd's processor chips provide the same punch just with a differant price tag, so amd's easilly reccomended though the motherboards cost a little more, though the motherboards then have a greater spec, the price is still alot under. the only slight downfall if you require tremedous power is that, amd shows no sign in bringing out a quad core chip as intel has done though amd do have a tremendously high spec dual core chip. ...

Having used this processor for two months for very intensive programs such as video studio 11 and newer games including medal of honour airborne, i can safely say it has stood up well to the challenge. I purchased this processor to build a whole new rig for video editing as our old dell was not up to the challenge. ...lot more demanding,i had an amd athlon 64..then went to dual core with 2mb L2 cache :) , i had a little problem finding a good heatsink to fit am2 socketm but when i did get one the temps were quite nice, the installation instructions are ok, once again as long as you know what you are looking at then youll be fine, i paid £80 for mne.. bargain from overclockers.co.uk, and i urge you to but this if you enjoy playing games whilst not having to turn ...
