...device are infalable but they will stop a lot of problems caused by power surges and cuts....
THE CHOICE IS YOURS all i recommend is you carry out regular backups of your server and have some sort of power protection and APC are the most reliable for the latter ...

...off once, to fit an APC Network Management card.
It comes with all the needed cables and an adapter to cut a plug off a lead and make it UPS Compatible. The software comes in the box, but you can download the latest one off APC's Website as there was an issue with the version 6 software and a security thing running out.
Definetly a worthwhile purchase, and would recommend anyone else to buy it as well!!! ...
