    Had an Avondale for 12 years absolutely brilliant and solid. In 2003 I traded it in for a brand new Ace Jubilee Globetrotter. Before we had even left the dealership a front window was half full of water,then my wife opened an overhead locker which came off in her hand.These were rectified by the dealer but I ended up using a resin glue to really fix the locker properly.Next , the bathroom floor was getting wet after using the shower, turned out to be a faulty connection on the shower mixer.fixed it myself again.
