I bought this laptop a few months ago and it is still fantastic. The 18.4 inch screen is mind boggling and the definition is done to perfection.
For games, it can play I think, any game currently on the market. I play over 10 games without lag (not at the same time though). There is a full size keyboard built in which is helpful if you are used to desktops.
There are 4 usb ports (2 on either side) so you can use lots of hardware at the same time. ... ...problems with that though, are that it was hard to actually get the disc working and there isn't much difference between normal dvds and the blu-ray dvds. I reccomend you use a HDMI cable and plug the laptop into your TV.
There are a few annoying problems with it though. The mousepad is a bumpy surface so it isn't that responsive (I reccomend you buy a mouse). The speakers are good quality but there isn't much bass. That happens on all laptops so ...
