    This is my favourite design so far by the acer travelmate brand. It looks a bit cooler and thinner than the other travelmates, which have previously looked a little bulky and boring. I think the main reason why it looks cooler is that its 2 different colours, black and silver, rather than being just black like the other ones. This features AMD Turion 64 X2 mobile technology TL-56 processor which runs the 2gb installed ram like a dream. Another great thing about this laptop is that the ram can be upgraded to 4gb, this isn't cheap however and could cost over £100 to upgrade it to 4gb of ram ... more

    I have used the Acer Travelmate 7510 version, for about a year now. Prefering the wider 17" screen, which this Acer has. The unit is powered by the AMD Turion 64 processor, another personal preference towards Athlon rather than Intel. 2 gig of RAM and an 80 gig hard drive, is more than sufficient for the personal home or office user. Wireless internet connection has been very stable and runs at 8mbps on average, which is great for music or film downloads.
