...expandability" is just ludicrous. Acer was not doing too well in my books until the N10 came along; now the N20 has undone all those good points.
The N20w drops out of sync whenever it feels like it, sometimes while in process of copying or installing things.
So far, I have not been able to get the wireless to work at all, which negates the only reason why I bought the thing in the first place.

Advantages: Easy to use, good starter unit, wireless (n20w only) Disadvantages: Screen gets dirty quickly, small memory allocation, flimsy design
...and if I disconnect the Acer from the cradle it can't pick up the connection - even though it's all properly configured, and recognises that the WLAN is there - just can't connect. It used to - it just decided one day that it wasn't having any more of that wireless stuff.
The hardware buttons are useful, you can reprogram them to do things you want them to. Plus, the unit has a mike so you can record voice memos etc.
