Disadvantages: it's a big machine!

...all very pleased with them. Admiral products are very high quality and the UK service and help line back up is second to none. Be sure to check the dimensions of these products, as one would expect, being American they are typically "bigger and better" and may not fit the space left by your old machine! Have had this machine for 6 years and have had the same probem with the unbalanced loads. It cost £150 to have it repaired 2 years ago and is now starting to do the same thing. I think the huge load capacity is great but it is rather hard on fabrics and I agree they do tend to bobble easily. It fills from the hot and cold water supply so has no heater to go faulty. Overall a good buy but may not buy another as it is bulky and I do not need such a big machine now the children have flown

Advantages: Very easy to use
Disadvantages: clothes become very linty and bobbled and loads become unbalanced

...this because I have contacted Admiral today to arrange an engineer because my machine has become unbalanced and irrespective of the size or type of load, it goes crazy during the spin cycle. Admiral staff told me the machine has a one year warranty and Maytag machines carry a two year warranty. They are shocked to think that their machines are being sold on the basis of the great warranty. I suggested they should contact their suppliers and take them ... Read review
