I've been with Admiral for about eight years now. They've always been cheap (ish) and their customer service has been acceptable if not the most praise-worthy. However, an incident occurred when renewing my policy this year that made me see them in a whole new light. Basically this means that you get one years no claims bonus after only 10 months but obviously your premium then becomes due for renewal 2 months earlier than anywhere else. I've been with Admiral Group for about 6 years now and even though they may not always have the best price each year, they certainly do have the best customer service in most of the departments. The Renewals and Customer Service departments are great.....I have not (luckily) had to speak to thier Claims department, so I can't say.
