...wants to go to the Adobe site and get an unlock code that you then have to type in to get the codec to work. Both Flash and MPEG did this which is more than a little annoying, if its installed with the software why unlock it? Anyway as its a one off thing for each codec its annoying but not bad enough to make you completely fed up with it. If you have used other versions of Premiere everything looks much the same, some menus have been integrated ... ...have been moved about but it is definitely an evolution of the earlier versions (as is Photoshop) and as such once you get into the swing of things its easy to find your way around. Production of video is that same as always a slow repetitive process where you find the bits you want to keep and move them around into a sequence that looks OK, put titles on it, play with the sound and export.
