After getting a fantastic quote for our vehicle we were over the moon, it nearly halved other quotes we had received. However after a few weeks we recieved a letter telling us our agreement had terminated as they had not recieved our photographs. WE DID SEND PHOTOS BUT THEY DID NOT RECIEVE THEM! THEY SAID THE POSTAL STIKES WERE OUR PORBLEM NOT THEIRS! We offered to send some new ones but they flatly would not co-operate. BEWARE CHEAP COMPANIES ARE CHEAP FOR A REASON, I WOULD HATE TO HAVE HAD TO CLAIM WITH THEM AS THEY ARE HURREDOUS COMMUNICATORS!! BEWARE!!!!

...I chose to go with Adrian Flux who gave me a brilliant comprehensive package at a great price .In fact it was £300 lower than the next lowest quote and gave twice as many extras with the policy at no extra cost . I opted for their breakdown cover too as it was a good deal and also very competative . ...when you get companies like Adrian Flux it's a relief that they are around. As they specialse in modified cars and high risk drivers. you get great reductions because the theory is if you're car is your pride and joy then your gonna look after it hence less likely to claim. The most miss-leading insurance company !!! Treat you classic car/custom car like any other everyday car. Taken them six months to decide on if my car should be written off or not, and have then written it off even though other companies would not have done ! If you have a special car DO NOT INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!!Agreed value means nothing on full pay out. Absolute rubbish, may seem cheap, but you pay in the long run !!

I tried to arrange an insurance policy fr a car, Adrian Flux said I could pay by installments, when the forms came it was actually a LOAN! agreement, I did not agree to taking out a loan nor did I agree to Adrian Flux passing my details to a third party loan company, oh yes I forgot to mention that, the loan agreement wasnt even with Flux's, when i told them i wasnt agreeing to a loan they then bombarded me for two years with emails threatening court action and credit blacklisting, needless to say I'm still waiting and when they can show me a signed credit agreement I'll roll over, in fact I'll even eat my car if they can show me a signed credit agreement! Avoid these people like the plague!!!!!

i would advise anyone not to even go there. They are only there to take your money and make it very hard to even contact you, they cancelled my policy taking over 200 quid because i did not send them a copy of my wifes photo card .after speaking with them i was meant to phone back to tell them to remove her from the policy , i forgot my prob , but i was fully paid up with everthing else in place. i think a phone call would of been the right way to be treated but that seems to be asking to much. instead they are able to write to me saying it was cancelled ten days ago which i recieved today.

If you want the cheapest quote they are great but dont expect anything in return.. if you need to make a claim they are the worst organisation i have ever had to deal with. I had an accident 150 miles from home on a sunday and called on the day to register the accident. I was then told when I called on Monday they could not find my policy details and 3 days later I still have not registered the claim. They do not return your calls, I still have no car to get to work and I work 35 miles away and need one to get there... After neumerous calls I still am no clearer where I am with my claim ..... STAY AWAY WORST COMPANY EVER!

I have been with Adrian flux for many years and they are second to none they are always polite and very helpful . they go the exta mile i would like to wish all at adrian flux avery happy new year for 2009 and a thank you for all your help over the years .i will be renewing my car insurance again this year. simpley the best. james coll.

i hav one thing to say about them there all just a bunch of money grabbing wankers never use them terrible sevice nothing good to say about them cheating BASTARDS!
