    I tried to arrange an insurance policy fr a car, Adrian Flux said I could pay by installments, when the forms came it was actually a LOAN! agreement, I did not agree to taking out a loan nor did I agree to Adrian Flux passing my details to a third party loan company, oh yes I forgot to mention that, the loan agreement wasnt even with Flux's, when i told them i wasnt agreeing to a loan they then bombarded me for two years with emails threatening court action and credit blacklisting, needless to say I'm still waiting and when they ... more

    i would advise anyone not to even go there. They are only there to take your money and make it very hard to even contact you, they cancelled my policy taking over 200 quid because i did not send them a copy of my wifes photo card .after speaking with them i was meant to phone back to tell them to remove her from the policy , i forgot my prob , but i was fully paid up with everthing else in place. i think a phone call would of been the right way to be treated but that seems to ... more

    If you want the cheapest quote they are great but dont expect anything in return.. if you need to make a claim they are the worst organisation i have ever had to deal with. I had an accident 150 miles from home on a sunday and called on the day to register the accident. I was then told when I called on Monday they could not find my policy details and 3 days later I still have not registered the claim. They do not return your calls, I still have no car to get to work and I work 35 miles ... more

    I have been with Adrian flux for many years and they are second to none they are always polite and very helpful . they go the exta mile i would like to wish all at adrian flux avery happy new year for 2009 and a thank you for all your help over the years .i will be renewing my car insurance again this year. simpley the best. james coll.

    I have been with Adrian Flux for the past 4 years and I havent had any problems so far - occasionally I do seem to get the odd customer service agent who doesnt seem to want to help me however more than not I get someone very friendly and helpful who knows thier stuff. Every time I get a cheaper rnwl A/Flux seem to be able to match it and all so far has been fine....no reason for me to complain so Ill be staying with A/Flux for the next 4yrs too....! Hold times do tend to be a few mins or so but ive found that calling in the middle of the week as opposed to the weekends and mons/fris helps ... more

    Driving a V6 and being under 30 most insurance companies are rubbing their hands together when I get on the phone to them........apart from this one !!! I got tired of searching for weeks on end for a decent quote until I found these guys.......oh my god did I get the shock of my life! £400 they quoted me - needless to say ive been with them for 6 years and never pay more than £300 for my renewal now. They are just amazing and everybody I have ever recommended have got cheaper quotes and taken their business to them - I only wish I was getting commission as ide be very rich by now.     Advantages Advantages cheap insurance for high powered vehicles

    A few yrs ago i decided to save a bit of money and by a fairly nice and fairly high powered motor, after much deliberating decided to by a v6 vauxhall calibra, not realising at the time these were group 17 insurance. When it came round to insuring almost died when i was getting quotes of 2-3k, luckily i happened to buy a max power magazine to find insurance companies for performance cars.     I have used Adrian Flux brokers from 2005 till 2008 when there price went up due to them being unable to find my NCD (been driving for 34yrs without claim) so I went with Sureterm (great company and no problems) 2 years later (28-04-2011) I tried Adrian Flux again, they gave me a very good price so I paid there and then in full , they took my money but a week later they were unable to cover for the price quoted and wanted an extra £150 ! so I declined this 'offer' and requested that they return my money , they took two weeks to return some money but they now charged me £30 for them not to even ... more

    PLEASE DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL RUIN YOU IF THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT, THEY ARE DISHONEST , EVASIVE AND WILL RIP YOU OFF , GO WITH ANYONE ELSE THESE ARE THE WORST IN THE INDUSTRY. THEY WILL LURE YOU IN WITH A CHEAP QUOTE THEN WHEN THE 14 DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD ELAPSES WILL FIND A DESCREPANCY HOWEVER MINUTE , OR FORGET YOU HAVE TOLD THEM THE CORRECT INFORMATION , THEN WILL ,IN MY CASE MORE THAN DOUBLE YOUR POLICY AND THEN CANCEL IT NOT TELLING YOU ABOUT THE MASSIVE CANCELLATION FEES .
