    Advantages Advantages Compact, cordless, efficient

    It's not often I venture into technology reviews - especially with something as new-fangled as a phone - but this product is so "fit for purpose" that John Reid would love it. The problem for him is, its purpose is not the Home Office, but the home office. Basically, it is a 2 or 4 line switching system which supports up to 8 cordless handsets; more importantly, it is a compact and flexible system which allows a small business to function as if it were a large organisation (at least in telephony terms - huge profits not guaranteed!).     Advantages Advantages Cordless multi-line cheap phone system

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Getting old - very little support

    We have been using the "BT" Airway system for about 5 years now. It is outstanding! No-one else in the UK seems to offer a simple multi-line cordless system which is daft because you can buy them off-the-shelf in the States. Even worse is that the "BT" staff don't know it exists. I use the inverted commas for "BT" because they seem to be Quangos now - our local sales people are "BT Local Business represented by Business Communication Solutions Ltd" who, I'm sure, are excellent, but they are not BT proper are they? More importantly are BT accountable in law for what their franchisees say and do ... more
