_Availability_ This variety is specially packed for Aldi Stores and are usually available. I believe they are beginning to stock lamb shanks with a different flavour of sauce now.

Are they easy to cook I hear you ask?
The answer to this one is YES as you can cook them several ways;
You can cook them in a pre-heated oven from frozen at 180'c 350'F gas mark 4 for 30 mins in the middle of the shelf and then turn up your cooker to 200'c,400'f gas mark 6 for a further 20 mins.
That was the difficult one.There are easier ways.........
You can also cook them in the microwave;
A 650 ... ...can be cooked from frozen, they make a very nice change and beleive me the family will love them.
