Advantages: It works amazingly well with no nicotine replacement, willpower or mental anguish
Disadvantages: People don't believe stopping smoking can be such fun

...Smith's and bought this book, Allen Carr's Easy Way for Women to Give Up Smoking. Now I can't go into too much detail, since that would be like trying to explain the whole book, but basically the book fixed my head. It cured me of my nicotine addiction!
