Alone In The Dark (PS3)

Well here's how the developers would like to promote the game, "Bursting with innovative technology, including unprecedented environmental interaction, revolutionary physics, advanced artificial intelligence, stunning visuals, and uniquely immersive user interface, Alone in the Dark breaks gaming clichés to fulfil the next-gen promise and deliver a new kind of entertainment experience.". How they can honestly expect to get away with these claims is beyond me?, there's certainly nothing new in this game, an older game like say 'Half life2' is far superior in all of the above claims. Ok well first off this game is as I feel excellent if you give it time to get use to the kind of awkward controls at the beginning but you will actually get the hang of them as I did (its not like a game you pick up and know every button, you do need to get used to them as there is much things you can do in this game when you get into it). The story for this is kind of similar to the film but doesn't follow much of it at all, it has its own person touch and I feel that the storyline was excellent!
