Pros:
I am using FX5051, the subwoofer is deep and the speakers are delivering the sound very clean and loud. My laptop without 6 channels sound card can just directly plug the USB cable to play the songs. Overall, I am felt comfortable to listen music with this set of speaker.
Cons:
Need to reboot Windows when the "Altec Lansing FX5051" USB driver cannot be loaded or detected. The speakers are hissing anytime during listening to music and idle time, however cannot feel the hissing sound when tune to higher volume during listening music. ...
