1 Star Quick review of Altec Lansing VS4121BLK by carlocarlo 24/01/2009
I'm not at all happy with my VS4121. But again, I'm not happy with any speaker that relfects the mid frequencies on a surface. A lot of detail is lost with this design. Disadvantages Disadvantages Mid sound wavesare not heard

The lack of this type of design is mid sound wavesare not heard directly but the reflection, so that cause unsynchronized phase. However this design has advantages, namely voice sounded mid evenly throughout the room. Each satellite has two microdriver to handle the high frequency and a driver for the midrange-frequency middle. This unique design is able to deceive the eye. Sound as if will come from which the microdriver listener, and ... more
