    Disadvantages Disadvantages Amazon prime does not cover marketplace items.

    One of the first online shops that I discovered was "Amazon" and I found myself regularly buying from them, thinking that as they were the original they had to be the best. When I first starting using it Amazon basically only sold books and DVDs, but recently the range has become enormous, with them selling almost the equivalent of an entire High Street.     Introduction *************************** I first discovered Amazon just after Christmas a few years ago. I'm not the kinda person who would actually leave the house to go shopping when everything I need can be ordered from the discomfort of my study chair.     Well ever since I can remember using online shopping it has always been with Amazon, most of the time I'd have to go through my brother to get what I needed but with age comes power and since I've had my own debit card I've been buying loads more online rather than visiting shops. Cardiff is a fairly busy place with a population of around 300,000 but then you have to remember the rest of Wales is less sophisticated so a lot more come to the City Centre to shop. Nowadays if you wanted to go shopping it takes from my house (2 miles form the Centre of Town) 30minutes to walk or 10 minutes to bus ... more

    I ventured into town one Saturday before Christmas and to my horror the place was literally jam packed full of people (don't ask me why I was surprised!!). Now I love shopping as much as the next person but I just get really pissed off being shoved out of the way, trodden on, run into with pushchairs and queueing for hours upon end. A brief scan of my shopping list revealed a lot of CDs and DVDs so I decided ordering them online was the way forward and quickly made my way back home to the haven of my apartment.     Disadvantages Disadvantages Clothing and jewellery ranges aren't great

    I do a hell of a lot of internet shopping as with juggling a job, house and kids, I very rarely get the time to have a proper mooch around the shops. The two sites I use more than any other are Amazon and Ebay, but for most goods I stick to Amazon. Amazon.co.uk has a humungous range of goods on offer and never once have I failed to find the item I am looking for. A general list of the items they stock include clothes, books, electrical goods, dvds, cds, toys and pretty much any other item you require.     The beginning of the World Wide Web (www) and the beginning of Amazon. I'm probably one of few people who got striaght into the internet.     I have used amazon on many occasions and always found it to be a good site for buying goods from and also have never had a problems. - The site - The site is where you can buy a variety of good ranging from mainly books, DVDs, Cd's and also clothes and household items.
