Gosh how I hate the winter... dark mornings, dark evenings, cold feet. We all get a bit down in the winter, but my moods were getting the better of me. I felt so depressed at times I could hardly drag myself out of bed, let alone do anything productive with my day. I went ... ...rubbish, but was delighted when my boyfriend bought me one of these last christmas. Its only small but its great. A treatment takes about 15 - 30 mins and makes you feel so much better. It folds down so you can take it with your when you go away too. I dont know how I lived without it for so long! Yes they are expensive but so worth it in the long run. ...
