If i didn't had a girlfriend, i would take this to bed with me to keep me warm! this originally cost me £1200 from apple but you can buy refurbished ones from the apple.com/uk site under the store. i bought the apple care extended warranty but my feeling is i never will have to apple things rarely break down. SETTING UP: You may all know that when you buy a pc you have to install all the disks and everything that came in the box, well with the IMac i just took it out of the box, turned it on and went through the initial setup. Don't buy!!! - complete rubbish - over rated - won't copy dvds simply - not even your own material...despite their claims software is not simple. Also harware very sensitive to what dvd discs it 'decides' to accept or not. (Google on this point and it comes up over and over again). Completyely undeserved claims that it suits media workers and artists....too much spent on claims not ensuring it does what it should.....never buy Apple again!! ...
