What Is It?
The Apple MacBook Core 2 Duo 2.1 GHz - 13.3" TFT is the latest notebook to add to the Apple Mac range. For anyone who doesn't understand Core 2 Duo 2.1 GHz - 13.3" TFT, this basically means it is a lot faster than any other notebook previously made by Apple. TFT stands for Thin Film Transistor which means the pixel quality will be very good so brilliant to play movies, games on etc.

Advantages: Smooth, silent, good looking, more than capable, satisfying. Disadvantages: Arguably the cost, some very minor issues in very few cases.
...people who can't really afford Apple products, but buys them anyway out of desire for perfection, and spends the following four years living on bare essentials. But those four years are being made bearable for me, due largely to the wonderful machine I'm typing on at the moment. I have no shame in admitting that I have fallen under Apple's spell, like a rich old man being hastily married to a buxom blonde for the contents of his will, and I'm fine ...

Advantages: Stylish, flexible, super fast startup Disadvantages: Pricey compared to a PC
I got my MacBook a month ago and, despite having been a heavy PC user for the last 20+ years, I'm a convert. It's just great.
I got it because of all the good stories I'd heard about them; usability, security, availabiity of applications and it's stylish looking too, not like the lumpy almost invariably black Windows laptops out there. It's not cheap at £700 you can get a lot of PC for that, but I really like my Mac, so I'm not going to linger on ...

Advantages: Brilliant Look, Feel, Use straight out of the box Disadvantages: Price
Apple have recently released a new model of the extremely popular MacBook, that has sold hundreds of thousands worldwide. The main modifications of this fifth upgrade are the increased RAM (up to 4GB), the larger hard drive of 120GB, and the improved Intel Core 2 Duo processor.
Why Shouldn't I Buy A Cheaper Laptop from DELL?
Well, maybe you should - it depends. The entire mac range is in my opinion much better than windows-running laptops ...

Advantages: Fresher than WIndows, Easy to use, Good looking, Nice colors, Good Value for money Disadvantages: Keyboard is not very responsive, One botton mouse
I have never had a Mac before, this Macbook was my first Mac ever. I did not know if it would be any good but good things are always said about Macs and the fact that most of the people in my family had moved over to Macs. They helped me to get a Mac. I have only had it couple days and am very pleased with it so far. Their's only couple of things which I do not like about it which will be pointed out in this review.

...purchase the new aluminium cased apple macbook. The price is quite high starting off around £900. I took a trip down to my local apple shop to find out a little more about the macbook, I got talking to a member of staff in store who told me a little more about the system i wanted to purchase and about discounts i could recieve. As i am a student i recieved my macbook with a 14% discount and also 3 years warranty for £50. When i got home i took it ...

Advantages: Looks, Simplicity, Works out-of-the-box, battery life, power Disadvantages: Case feels a little cheap, Screen attracts fingerprints
...Macbook was purchased direct from Apple and took just two days to arrive. And, as promised, it worked straight out of the box. I just pressed power filled out my user details and i was going. The setup hooked me onto my wireless internet and i was away.
The first thing that struck me was the size of the thing, it's only slightly thicker than an average sized hardback notepad and weighs just over 2 kg, in other words it's a perfect size. Before the ...

Advantages: Stylish & slim design, crisp, clear screen and reliable running Disadvantages: Heavier than some smaller laptops and ideally needs a case to maintain condition
...love this laptop! Just as Apple says on its website, 'it just works' and from opening the box I was up and running in 5 minutes. Airport, the wireless network connection, picked up and connected to my existing wireless interest connection automatically and didn't need me to make any special adjustments. The screen is much bigger than I expected and is crystal clear and crisp; I have watched several movies from iTunes on it and have been very pleased. ...

...the order just like any apple produce when you buy it from http://apple.com, and some of the upgrades are quite impressive such as up to 250gb of storage space and a stunning mini DVI output so you can easily connect a second display.
Overall it's a great piece of work, partly to do with it's features and partly to do with the amazing Apple Macintosh OS X 10.5 Operating system that beats Windows Vista hands down in many, if not all, respects. Os ...

Advantages: Silent, Ease of installing printers. Disadvantages: Cost, touchpad has strange features.
The macbook isn't cheap but you do get quality for your money. The screen is crystal clear and it is completely silent when running. I was a bit worried about the move from Windows to Mac but it couldn't have been easier.
I was highly impressed when installing my printer, no messing with disks or even asking any questions, it just installed my HP2600 Colour Laserjet with one click.
I'm also impressed with the Automator, a graphical way of doing ...

Advantages: Great applications, Great Look Disadvantages: Sharp Edges, 1Gb sometimes not enough ram
I recently bought a Macbook. Of course I am very pleased with it, it meets all my expectations. I can basically do anything I want with it without it being slow, however sometimes I consider upgrading my Ram, because only 1Gb of Ram can sometimes make it a bit sluggish with large applications such as PhotoShop or Final Cut.
The notebook in itself is sleek and has lovely aesthetics, one could almost use it for decoration!
All the applications ...

Advantages: They have loads of other products to add and I can use my Iphone to controll the music Disadvantages: A bit on the expencive side but it's worth it in the long run.
Apart from the fact that it looks great it performs well. I have allways used windows based pc's and laptops and was sceptical about switching to a mac but my wife liked the look of it so that was that. It took me a while to get used to it as I tried to use it the same way as I used a pc. I did not find a great deal of difference but I have found that it has many interesting functions and shortcuts that are usefull and now I do not think I would be ...
