...another one in an instant. Apple in my opinion makes a great product that requires little in the line of maintenance. I love that i do not have to worry about those pesky computer viruses. My friends have all had computers that have crashed while my mac will never have a problem like they are experiencing. I have had my iMac for a year. With a dual core processor, this is one the fastest computers on the market. While I haven't put Windows parallels on it yet, I have heard from friends and family that it does very well with the parallels and doesn't freeze. I have had five or six computers and within a few weeks they slow down with all the data I put on them. ...never thought too highly of apple macs because i thought they where completely over rated. I tried one of my friends and i quite liked it. It was fast and had loads of cool features that aren't available of Windows. So i bought one. It is perfect if you like browsing the internet and especially good at photo editing and all of the other stuff in the package as that seems to be Microsoft's specialty. the imac is great. it is exceptionally beautiful and very sleek. also it is stupidly quick and easy to use . For people who have never had a mac before it takes a bit of getting used to but once you've had a mac you will never have a windows again. The 'dock' at the bottom is very similar to windows bar at the bottom with all your applications on it. Finally macs are great for designing things with . i am a mac. there is not way around it... i am a mac and i'm proud. As an upgrade from an old imac you really can see the difference. 2GB RAM as standard makes a huge difference to digital processing speed and the ability to run multiple applications at once. There are absolutely no flaws with this product. It is super fast it has super chic styling apple are super helpful they are incredibly simple to use and even though the price is really quite high (pc's can be much much cheaper) THEY ARE TOTALLY WORTH IT !!
