...can purchase from those lovely Apple people, BUT….be prepared to pay way over the odds, a mere cover for Herbert costs up to £25, their accessories are very unreasonably priced and I suspect the reason my be because you wouldn’t be able to but any bog standard MP3 cover on your ipod, they do need to be specifically tailored for the ipod shape we all know and love and ultimately pay for. Moving on…you may pay a pretty penny for your ipod, you do get ... ...expert would argue there is more to the term “good sound quality” but im no expert, all I can say is its clear, and better than the sound I get on my Sony stereo through the laptop from the original MP3. it all depends very largely on the quality of the original track you upload, so long as it comes directly from a good quality disc it will sound exceptional, the headphones are specially custom made by Apple, the signature white plugs, but you can ...

Advantages: User-friendly; colourful; clear and bright screen; built-in accelerometer; cheaper! Disadvantages: Click-wheel can sometimes be unresponsive for a few seconds.
...reckon that this is because Apple made HUGE improvements when they released the 3G Nano. The screen was bigger and brighter with a much better resolution. The operating system had undergone a massive change, and they were generally more stable than the 1G and 2G Nano's. I was totally blown away with my 3G Nano because it was so technically-advanced compared to the 2G. That didn't really happen when I got my 4G Nano…
Apple basically made over the ... ...disadvantages of the new Nano. Apple always tend to get it right…note to Bill Gates there. But I will point out that - and this may just be exclusive to my Nano - the click-wheel doesn't seem quite as sensitive as the 3G Nano. And every now and then it can become unresponsive for a few seconds. I've had to press the centre button to provoke a response, and then it wakes up. But it's happened so rarely that it's obviously just a glitch and in no way ...

Advantages: Comes in range of 9 different colours, large screen, good resolution! Disadvantages: 8GB can be used up very quickly
...in March ‘09 from an Apple store for £109 and have been using it everyday. Its small size and slim shape allow me to take it anywhere by just simply placing it inside my pocket, without feeling as if I’m carrying around a brick! The great thing about the Nano-chromatic range is that there is a wide range of colours to choose from, for everyone. You can choose from a simple silver or black to a bright yellowy/gold, purple, blue, etc. I decided to ... ...better. In my opinion, the Apple earphones that come in the box with the Nano are of a very good quality and have a reasonably long wire so can be used when you’re out and about.
The Nano comes with 3 games called Klondike, Maze and Vortex, however you are able to buy more games through the iTunes store. This is one of the features that I do not use on my Nano as I believe it takes up the battery life very quickly, but the games are great fun when ...

Advantages: Looks, Quality, features Disadvantages: None
Got my first iPod for my Christmas, to replace my old MP3 player and I couldn't have been happier. After getting used to the initial fidgety, circling my finger round the buttons to navigate the menus I was having great fun playing music, games and videos. The 4G nano is different from the 2G in a few ways. Firstly the screen is quite a bit bigger. This makes it better to play games on, the maze game is particularly good. It is also motion sensitive ... ...ball around a maze collecting things, while tilting the iPod in all different directions is fun. The motion sensitivity also means when looking through your music albums, when you tilt the Ipod on to its side, the screen flips around and allows you to have a better look at your album covers. Adding to the motion sensitivity is the feature of 'shaking' the Ipod so that it shuffles to another song. So if you're using your iPod on the go then putting ...

Advantages: Loogs great, easy to use, good battery life. Disadvantages: Not all of the new functions work and sometimes get in the way of listeing to music.
The iPod nano is a great music player for people who love to listen to music when working or just generally on the go. The sleek and almost weightless MP3 player makes the Nano one of the best looking ipods on the market today. The iPod itself is set out like many past iPod - expect for the iPod touch. It also has the classic click wheel in the centre of the MP3 ... ...the top of iPod the hold button can be found, and on the bottom of the iPod the headphone connection slot and the docking slot where the charger and/or the external speakers can be fitted in. The nano is one of the thinnest iPods out on the market - the sides of the iPod are about the same thickness as two credit cards placed on top of each other, and the middle of the iPod is a little thicker then that making it a very good looking portable music ...

The apple iPod is an amazing piece of technology. I was lucky enough have received my iPod from my mum as a gift recently. The iPod I have is the black one and it is very small and light and can easily fit into my pocket or purse which is very convenient for me as I don’t like to carry big or heavy things around with me all the time. ...new Ipod's. This feature that Apple offers adds a really nice touch to the item as it is an ideal gift for anyone. You can personalise a message to go onto the back of the Ipod upon purchase. Advantages: Great new features, easy to use, a brilliant improvement. Disadvantages: Very few, nothing really worth mentioning.
...== Sound == Apple is obviously renowned for it's great sound quality in most of it's products, and this is no exception. When plugged in to your computer, its easy to configure to iTunes, and the tracks fill up smoothly and quickly, especially if you happen to own a Mac (not that I work for Apple or anything... if only). I love this ipod so much. I believe this is the best one compared to the older generations. This ipod has a video configuration, when you turn it sideways the video turns sideways also. Advantages: Thin, light, sleek design. Disadvantages: Too narrow to use headphones and charger simultaneously.
I purchased a Silver Apple iPod Nano last year to replace a large cumbersome hi-fi. This the first iPod product I have ever owned.
The (silver) iPod Nano 4th Gen has a very light and thin design in a brushed steel effect. It is a very sleek design that is easy to handle. It has a satisfactory screen size with excellent graphics.

After always relying on my phone and 'shoddy' mp3 players to listen to music on it was way overdue that i buy an ipod.
