...unfortunately you cant buy from Apple anymore. The mini has got plenty of space for my music- who can listen to over 1000 songs at once? Not only does it hold music but you can use it to transfer files aswell. It's got loads of extra handy functions and also games. The battery life is great but if you require more you can buy car chargers and ones to plug directly into mains (or even extra battery ad-ons). The i-tunes software used with ipods is ...
...you register the product with apple you can order new ones for free within the first year. Just be carefull with the volume as it can go very high! The one drawback is that it will scratch quite easily (aparently this was part of the design) so I would suggest buying some sort of cover for it! I've had my ipod mini for about a year and a half now and it still works pretty well. the battery life has decreased, but all my songs are still in there and play well through my headphones or speakers or car-stereo (using an fm broacaster.) The ipod mini has loads of great features even if the games are a bit boring. Solitaire is good though! my favourite features are: - shuffle & repeat - an alarm - sleep timer (my favourite!!!!) - games ...
...obviously loads more but you can read them elsewhere =p Personally I haven't had any serious problems with my ipod mini, but i know people who have had to send their's back because the battery just went beserk! Unlike the Ipod Nano it is thicker and more durable so if you drop it a few times you don't have to worry about it. 4G is more than enough space; it is very easy to use.
