Advantages Smells great, lasts well, attractive bottle design, easy to spray onto skin
Disadvantages None for me but try it first in case there are scents that you dont like

For those of you that have read my previous reviews then you will all be well aware of what a perfume fan I am and without sounding like a broken record I am going to be reviewing another bottle of that perfume today. I am actually surprised that I have not reviewed this perfume before as it has been a firm favourite of mine for about 10 years now and that perfume is the Armani She perfume. Rewind to 2 years ago and the in-laws came back from a sunshine holiday armed with a bottle of this Armani perfume. I'm not a design snob, preferring to buy my clothes from supermarkets and spend the cash on things that bring me pleasure such as my hobbies. One area in which I do have quite expensive tastes, however, is perfume. I seem to be drawn to the likes of Chanel, Viktor & Rolf, and Armani. This is probably my favourite Armani perfume, with the perfume description being "it's a soft, feminine fragrance that reflects the individuality of the modern woman". Price I tend to use the website www.fragrancedirect.co.uk to source perfumes, as they tend to be much cheaper than Boots for most fragrances. The ... more

Advantages Gorgeous floral-oriental scent, long lasting, tough bottle, decent value.
Disadvantages You can't see when you're about to run out - have to judge by when container feels nearly empty!

Emporio Armani 'She' is one of the fragrances that I always find myself returning back to. Released over ten years ago in 1998, 'She' is a signature scent which is truly classic, a gentle fragrance that radiates out a wonderful floral, spicy aroma, and I love both the original and the 'Remix' version (I'll save that for another review!) Packaging The outer packaging for Emporio Armani 'She' is almost utilitarian in it's simplicity, consisting of a pale metallic gold foil wrapper, not to dissimilar from a high end confectionery wrapper! Armani She was launched by the design house Giorgio Armani back in 1998 and has got to be one of my old time favourite fragrances as I always have a bottle on the go. its described as a s a vibrant signature scent where flowers and spices melt together into a gentle, radiant fragrance. A truly classic and classy fragrance for a woman. Before I start I must say that the packaging for the fragrance really does leave a lot to be desired, compared to a lot of fragrances out there, its gold, metalic, foil like wrapping is not particularly striking so doesnt really stand out amongst other fragrances ... more

I'm a big lover of perfumes, take me to The Perfume Shop or Boots and I'm like a child in a candy store - there's no moving me for at least an hour... and I tend to come out feeling a bit light headed too! I have always been a big lover of perfumes and am always looking for my new scent. My aunt, knowing my passion for perfumes, buys me a new scent each year for Christmas. As it so happens, last Christmas (December 2009) she bought me Emporio Armani She. I had not smelt this perfume before, and even though it had been out for a good ten years, I am ashamed to say I had not even heard of it. I first discovered this perfume about 18 months ago while browsing in Boots looking for a present for "the friend who has everything". Usually I never go near perfume counters unless I know exactly what to buy but I was so desperate to find a present, I found myself making my way over to the ever-so-cheerful assistant. Before I start writing this review I would like to say a huge thank you to my best mate Laura for buying me this purfume for christmas. What a brilliant choice. I have been a huge CK one fan for ages and only ever really wore that fragrance until now. The packaging is the first thing that strikes you as being a bit different. Instead of the usual glass bottle with writing all over this comes in a very fetching gold coloured cylindrical shape. I treated myself to a bottle of armani she last week after spending about half an hour at the perfume counter smelling just about everything they had. The smell falls into thhe trade category of 'oriental vanillic' perfumes, meaning that its most significant notes are vanilla, flowers, powder and musk. It's a flowery, powdery smell when you first put it on, but setles down to a warm, mellow vanilla and musk. It also lasts ages.
