The best chance KP has of winning the Ashes this summer...

Advantages: no steep learning curve, so you can get into the game quite simply
Disadvantages: to much tied-in to the Ashes, number of teams low,

I picked it up on Amazon along with an order of books – and paid 27.78 – RRP is 29.99. I can't profess to be much of a gamer so possibly my review might reflect this. There are also a number of scenarios that you can tackle to unlock further scenarios. One example is the first England scenario, whcih is to survive ...
...The one other mode is Ashes Mode. Funnily enough this allows you to play the current Ashes series between England and Australia at Cardiff, Lords, Edgbaston, Headingley and The Oval. Finally there is a tutorial mode to teach you how to control the game. This all seems fine and dandy and it not bad at all, but previous Codemasters versions of cricket had classic scenarios, the ability to play World Cup and Champions Trophy competitions, and test ...

A great game all round

Advantages: Good online mode, loads of game options
Disadvantages: Haven't come across any as of yet

...game after being gripped by Ashes fever all summer long. I hadn't bought a cricket game before on any games console so wasn't sure what to expect. I was not disappointed, this game is brilliant and loads of fun when you get into it. I would recommend that you carry out the training before you start playing. It takes you through the various batting, bowling and fielding techniques which you'll need to be able to play the game effectively. It doesn't ...
